Return Policy
We want your purchase to be secure and worry-free. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can use the 14-day return right according to the conditions below.
14-day right of return
Products purchased from Resale.ee e-shop have a 14-day return right from the date of receipt of the goods.
The product can be examined equivalently as in a physical store – the product can be reviewed and tested to a reasonable extent.
Product condition upon return
The returned product must be in as good a condition as possible as when handed over.

Software modifications
When returning, it is not permitted to make changes to the device that make it difficult to inspect or resell the device.

- system files removal
Value decrease
If the product has been used more than necessary for normal inspection, the returned amount may be reduced according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
How to return?
Before returning, contact us.

The product must be packaged securely. Resale.ee is not responsible for transport damage if the product is insufficiently packaged by the customer.
Return costs
The direct costs of returning goods are borne by the customer, unless the reason for return is a Resale.ee error or a defect in the product for which Resale.ee is responsible.
Refund
We will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.
We have the right to wait with the refund until the goods have been returned or the customer has provided proof of return shipment.
