TERMS OF SALE

1. General terms

The online store resale.ee (hereinafter E-shop) owner is Define Trade OÜ, registration code [add registration code], address Kõrtsi tee 7, Lehmja, Rae parish, Estonia.

These terms and conditions regulate the purchase of goods from the E-shop and legal relations between the buyer and the E-shop.


2. Product and price information

The prices of products sold in the E-shop are indicated next to the products. All prices are in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

Information about the product is presented in the E-shop directly next to the product.


3. Order placement

To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and select a suitable delivery method.

The payment amount will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via bank link or another payment solution.

Payment for ordered goods can be made via Montonio payment solution. When completing the shopping cart, it is also possible to select a suitable installment payment provider.

The sales contract becomes effective from the moment the payment amount is received in the E-shop's settlement account.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to goods being out of stock or for other reasons, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from notification.


4. Delivery

Standard delivery in Estonia

Domestic shipments reach the buyer's specified destination, as a rule, 2–3 business days from the date the sales contract becomes effective through the following service providers:

  • Smartpost
  • Omniva
  • DPD
  • other delivery partners displayed in the E-shop
Exceptional cases

In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days .


5. Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-store within 14 days.

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used to the extent necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods, in the same way as would be permitted in a physical store.

If the goods have been used in any other way or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in value of the goods, or to refuse to accept the return to the extent permitted by law.

Return procedure

To return goods, a withdrawal notice in free form must be submitted to the e-mail address:

The notice must be submitted no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is incorrect or defective goods.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to a carrier within that time.

Refund

The Online Store will refund all fees received under the contract to the buyer without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the arrival of the returned goods at the Online Store's premises or from receipt of proof of the return of the goods.

If the buyer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery option, the portion of the delivery cost exceeding the standard delivery cost will not be refunded.

Handling fee for returns

When returning a computer, a handling fee may apply to cover the cost of:

  • cleaning
  • reinstalling the operating system
  • installing necessary updates
  • secure data removal

The handling fee is 30 € per computer (VAT included).


6. Right to file a complaint and warranty

The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of the sold goods during the warranty period offered for the goods.

The warranty period is stated separately for each product.

Upon the appearance of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months at the latest:

If the defect falls within the Online Store's responsibility, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, all fees associated with the sales contract will be refunded to the buyer.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.


7. Processing of personal data and direct marketing

The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (name, phone number, address, e-mail, payment details, etc.) solely for processing the order and delivering the goods.

For the delivery of goods, the necessary data may be forwarded to logistics partners.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers only if the buyer has given their consent to do so.

The buyer may opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting the Online Store or by using the unsubscribe link provided in the relevant e-mail.


8. Dispute resolution

Please send complaints to:

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve a dispute by agreement, the buyer has the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee pool.

Additionally, the buyer may use the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.
