All products sold in Define Trade OÜ (hereinafter Resale.ee) e-shop come with a warranty according to the period specified on the respective product card.
In accordance with applicable law, a consumer who is a natural person has the right to return goods purchased from the e-shop within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
The right to return applies if the goods have been used only to familiarize themselves with its nature, properties, and functioning in the same manner as would be possible in a physical store.
The right to return does not apply or the refund amount may be reduced if:

Resale.ee reserves the right to reduce the refund amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
During the warranty period, we will eliminate any defects that appear on devices purchased from us, except for those defects that were already listed in the product condition description at the time of sale.
If repair of the device is not possible, we will replace it with an equivalent device.
If a defect appears on a used device purchased from Resale.ee during the warranty period specified on the receipt, which in your opinion falls under our responsibility, please:

Please save all necessary data to another storage medium before submitting the device for warranty repair.
Resale.ee is not responsible for the preservation, loss, or recovery of information on the device.
Warranty does not apply if:

If battery life differs from the result stated on the product card by more than 30%, the customer has the right to file a claim Within 30 days from purchase.
