A - Excellent
Device in excellent condition. Minimal wear. Screen, keyboard and chassis in very good shape.

Device in very good condition. Minimal signs of use. Minimal wear on screen and keyboard that does not interfere with use.

Device in good condition. Some signs of use. May have light wear marks or traces from sticker removal.

More signs of use. May have wear on screen, keyboard or casing. Visual defects are visible in product images.
